SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our shipping process is designed to get your personalized products to you in a timely manner, ensuring they arrive looking as beautiful as you imagined.
Free delivery is offered within 5 miles of Sparta, NJ. For delivery outside of this area, we offer a special delivery rate of $20 per hour of travel time.  Minimum fees may apply.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to be thrilled with your personalized items. Our policy is to provide each client with a digital proof of each personalization order for approval prior to completion. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your proof, we'll work with you to make it right.
If one of our products is damaged during shipment, we'll refund your purchase or provide a replacement.  Please be sure to contact us
within 2 days of receiving your order.
